How to buy:

To buy in our store is very easy:
1) Browse the main menu and E-commerce, a page will open where you will need to register with your email or login with facebook or gmail.

2) Wait for the administrator to approve your registration to have access to products with resale values.


3) After approval you will receive an email with validation. After that enter your login and password.


4) Browse our website and in the main menu access the E-commerce menu, click on the desired product and then click on the Buy button. After that, the product will be added to your Shopping Cart.


5) After that, choose the way to send the product.


6) Now just choose the payment method.


7) Further instructions will be sent via email to you after the completion of your sale.

Exchanges and Returns:

- Only product returns will be accepted in their original packaging, with all accessories and unused.

- The credit referring to this return will only be released after analysis of the product.

- The deadline for returning AFTS Balanças products is up to 07 calendar days after the date of receipt.

- The return shipping of the returned product, as long as the error is not made by AFTS Scales, will be charged to the customer.

- The customer will also bear the shipping costs of the incorrectly ordered order.
Before receiving goods, check the following items to avoid undue expenses:

- You must check whether the product complies with your order.

- If the product complies with the Sales Invoice.

- The signature of the stub or bill of lading means that everything is as requested.

Shipping Methods:

After credit approval or payment confirmation by financial institutions, your order is sent and, accompanied by an Invoice, is dispatched via Post Office or Carrier.
Seeking to speed up the delivery time and serve our customers in the best possible way throughout Brazil, AFTS Balanças reserves the right to choose the carrier that offers the best time/cost for the delivery method selected at the time of the order (Express or Normal ). This may vary depending on the weight, size and quantity of items.

Sending time:

- Express Order: 01 to 07 business days after payment confirmation or credit approval.

- Standard Order or Free Shipping: 02 to 20 business days after payment confirmation or credit approval.

- Orders for the North and Northeast regions, sent by carrier, may exceed the stipulated period by a few days, due to the delivery distance.

Equipment Removal:

- Orders to be paid through a bank slip in installments, will only be withdrawn during the afternoon of the following day.

- Withdrawals on the same day will only be accepted if the order is made in the morning, through cash deposit at the cashier, or bank transfer.
